My Approach to Helping
Therapeutic Approach: As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I am passionate about helping clients find their voice and realize their strength. I will strive to create a safe place that will help my clients feel safe and heard. I will creatively utilize many different forms of therapy techniques to enable my clients to reach their treatment goals with some of them coming from: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strength-based, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Hobbies: I spend my free time reading, spending time with friends, and going to wineries.
