My Approach to Helping

Life is complex. There are highs and lows and everything in between. When you’re stuck in the depths of challenges, it can feel impossible to believe that things will get better. It’s helpful to have someone to process and navigate those hardships with. With the facilitation of raising self awareness, the building of skills, and the utilization of strengths you already have, growth beyond healing can occur. Maggie Knepp will meet you where you’re at and provide a warm, supportive, and safe space to empower you to navigate through any changes or challenges that come your way. Working with Maggie is ideal for clients who are searching for a non-judgmental, authentic, and collaborative approach to the therapeutic process. You are not alone. Your experience is valid, and even when things feel dark, Maggie believes you have the ability to overcome it.
