My Approach to Helping

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and EMDR Trained Therapist, I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, learning differences, ADHD, general life adjustments, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, and trauma work with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I have spent the last several years serving adults, children, and teens in a variety of settings, including school, community and outpatient private practice. I believe that we are our most fulfilled selves when we are aware of and able to communicate our feelings, thoughts, and inner experiences.
