My Approach to Helping
I have been a mental health professional for sixteen years. My goal is to help people develop the life they want to live, a life with purpose and connections.
Through mindfulness and self-compassion teachings, I help individuals develop awareness of their strengths, build on existing strengths to help develop new skills, and develop lifestyles with workable behaviors.
We all have our own unique journeys through life, and we face challenges daily. I have helped individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship issues. I am an LCPC using a strength- based approach with a Level 1 certification for neuroscience-based treatment used for anxiety, depression, trauma. I specialize in anger management and relationship issues with parents and adolescents.
