My Approach to Helping
I strongly believe in the importance of my clients feeling safe to freely express themselves during our sessions together. I utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, rational emotive therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and mindfulness. Our sessions together will be client focused and client driven; I am here to guide my clients to reach their full potential.
Outside of counseling, I am an animal lover and self-proclaimed foodie. I love to travel and experience new places and cultures with my fiancé, friends and family
