My Approach to Helping
I have experience working with clients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, burnout, depression, grief, life transitions, pregnancy, sleep, stress, trauma, women's issues, and maternal mental health.
I am a strengths-based therapist that focuses on developing a collaborative relationship with my clients to understand the impact of their past, but also support growth toward redefining themselves based on their own values and teaching them skills to manage their emotions and thoughts in a healthy way.
