My Approach to Helping
I am so glad that you are here, the first step is always the hardest. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else life has thrown your way, I’m here to support you through it all. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, empathic, and collaborative. I believe that the most important aspect of our work is our relationship. With trust and empathy, we can create a safe environment that fosters awareness and growth.
I aim to help you reach the best version of yourself. While therapy can be tough, you will never be judged for who you are. Our work will be collaborative and will provide you with space to safely be yourself. I have a passion for providing support to adolescents, young adults, and adults dealing with life transitions, depression, identity development, self-esteem, grief, and stress and anxiety, and women’s issues.
