My Approach to Helping
I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and received my Bachelor of Science in psychology from Boise State University in May 2018. I pursued my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University and graduated in May 2021. My own personal life experiences have contributed greatly to me joining the counseling profession. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, difficulty with relationships or self-esteem, or other areas of difficulty, my aim is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental stance.
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, relationships and self-esteem, trauma, and life changes. My therapeutic approach is humanistic and I believe the most important component of counseling is the trusting and therapeutic relationship.
Through trust, we can explore aspects of your life that are causing you stress and help you reach your fullest potential.
