My Approach to Helping
In my therapeutic approach, I am laid back, person-centered, and utilize Cognitive Behavioral & Solution Focused therapies. I am also certified in Prepare-Enrich for premarital and marital counseling. I tailor my counseling approach to each unique individual’s needs, helping my client’s process life’s difficult challenges in a healthy way. I also have experience working with children and adolescents and love to see them thrive after developing healthy coping mechanisms through counseling.
Along with counseling, I am a full-time Kids Pastor in the Ft. Worth area. In my free time, I love to travel with my husband, read a good book under a cozy blanket, shop the best thrift stores, and spend time with my family and friends.
I am looking forward to meeting you! Thank you for allowing me to play a small part in your journey!
