Social media marketing is dominating the digital world and it is vital for clinicians to avoid becoming noise to consumers and referral sources. Pop-ups, banner ads, and many other types of marketing or advertising are visual and audio noise that consumers have learned to tune out. The success of mental health treatment is dependent on human connection, authenticity, and trust, but how can a private practice therapist successfully market themselves on social media while maintaining these principles?

In this 90-minute marketing webinar, social media branding and marketing expert and licensed marriage and family therapist, Ernesto Segismundo Jr., will explain how clinicians can avoid falling into the trap of sounding gimmicky, flashy, or inauthentic in their marketing efforts. Ernesto will describe the therapist’s most effective marketing asset and how it can be used to create content that conveys trust and expertise. He will also cover relationship marketing strategies that can help clinicians attract and retain individuals seeking therapy to their private practice.

This introductory web conference is designed to help clinicians:

  1. Utilize the power of human connection and relational approach to marketing.
  2. Recognize that humanness is the most effective marketing asset.
  3. Create content that conveys trust and authority in the field of mental health.
  4. Recognize that giving away valuable content will actually help their practice grow.
  5. Clarify their mission, brand message, and call-to-action.
