According to a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/monitor\/2024\/06\/heat-affects-mental-health#:~:text=A%20U.S.%20study%20of%20mental,4%2C%202022).\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">study<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> published in JAMA Psychiatry, \u201c mental health-related emergency department visits found an 8% increase in mental health visits on the hottest days of summer compared with the coolest days.
