Undefended Love Web Conference

Undefended Love shares the importance of being vulnerable in intimate relationships.

About the Video

Intimate relationships come in many forms: romantic partnerships, family bonds, friendships, etc. Through heart-to-heart communication, partners can express their true thoughts and feelings. These bonds can be a transformative path toward self-realization.

This video can help people achieve their full potential by teaching them the value of agency. Individuals are encouraged to create the relationship they want rather than trying to find the “perfect” partner. The goal is to move away from defensive patterns and move toward a connected and joyful bond.
