I have always been plagued by low self esteem, and even though I know this and am very aware of it I have no idea of how oe why it started. I grew up in what I think was a very loving and supportimve home yet it is like I held myself to such high standards that even though I pleased my parents it never has been enough to make me happy. Why is that? Think that this conference could help me get to the root of some of that.

A friend recently opened up to me and told how he suffers from low self esteem and is not even able to speak out about it until he did to me. I am forwarding the link to this page to him right away. I’m sure its going to help him. Great stuff from you guys.

a lot of people have issues with self-esteem and the problem is that most of them do not open up about it to someone that can help.they continue to go through it all the time and it decreases the all-round quality of their lives.
