Self-care is your ability to meet your basic needs for nourishment, shelter, health, and safety. Self-care also includes your strategies for taking care of your mental and emotional well-being. Are you doing a good job at self-care?

30. I sometimes get massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, or other types of therapies to support my health.
