My theoretical approach is predominantly Psychodynamic. During our sessions, we will work together to help you face your challenges, sort through your conflicts, identify your strengths, and move toward connection and healing.
My approach with therapy is empathic and straightforward. This allows individuals to talk about issues that they might find shameful or embarrassing. I believe that therapy can be an essential part of positive change that people want to make in their lives.
