Technology is reshaping the behavioral healthcare landscape, and providers can utilize this technology to better engage with and care for their clients. Driven by their consumer experiences outside of a doctor’s office, the modern healthcare client is now seeking mobile-friendly digital solutions and tools for their behavioral health. Between chatbots, social media, mobile apps, health trackers, and more, the options can be overwhelming. Clinicians need to know which of these technologies will be adopted by clients during and in between appointments and create actual value for their practice.
In this 2-hour continuing education web conference, Brian Daly, PhD will explore how technology and client-generated data can help clinicians measure the progress of clients in treatment. Dr. Daly will also discuss how clinicians can work towards delivering measurement-based care that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Dr. Daly will discuss how providers can improve efficiency and client outcomes by integrating technology into their practice. Regardless of their current use of technology in their practice, this web conference can help providers become better informed of the rapidly growing intersection between digital technologies and behavioral health throughout the client journey.
