My Approach to Helping
I believe we all have the capacity to heal: sometimes we just do not know where to begin. My job is to work collaboratively to help each person start their own journey of healing, to help them develop inner and outer resources as they heal, and then to assist them to step securely out into the world more stable, more balanced in all ways, and with more capacity to live a life that has meaning to them.
About me: I am a clinically trained, Master's Level clinician who chooses to use Clinical Hypnotherapy as the primary method I use in working with clients, even in groups. Working with people using the latest in brain wave science, combined with my therapeutic skills, can help them go deeply into the issues that are preventing them from living and loving fully. Hypnotherapy is efficient, effective and often leads to deep spiritual connections. I consider myself a somatic archaeolgist, 'following' my client into the interior spaces of their body and energetic body, helping them heal from old wounds, release any repressed emotions, find within the nuturing, safe resources they never knew were there, and allowing a healing experience to change the neural pathways in the brain. A lovely part of the work is helping a client to come home to her/himself, healing soul wounds through soul retrieval and providing the love and care for themselves, from within, that they might never have felt.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help
I have an ideal client: Teenagers no younger than 16, but with no upper limit; a life-long learner who loves to grow and change; a person who is flexible and open to new experiences; curiousity; willing to do homework or listen to cds; willing to take full responsibility for their own life and healing; admits they don’t know what they don’t know; a person who has can laugh at her/himself.
