My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a process of self-exploration through which people increase their self-awareness and realize the power they have to make changes in life. My job as a therapist is to help when people feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. I believe the counselor-client relationship is a central component of effective therapy. To cultivate this relationship, I try to create an open, honest, and safe therapeutic environment.

It is important to find a therapist who is a good "fit" for your needs and personality. Thus, I welcome calls from potential clients. I am happy to discuss therapy in general, as well as my own philosophy of helping.
