My Approach to Helping

Do you feel stuck? Is there a sense of unrealized purpose in your life? Is there a general feeling of unhappiness? Do you need someone to help explore your options? My experience includes helping clients with various topics such as anxiety reduction, depression, stress, communication problems, relationship, couples and family issues, terminal illness, loss and grief. I provide a safe, supportive counseling environment free of judgment where clients are invited to openly discuss concerns and learn more about themselves in order to become empowered, grow emotionally, gain insight and self-awareness, resolve past issues, and learn the skills necessary to create a fulfilling life.
My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, insight-oriented and holistic. Clients feel heard, understood and supported. I earned a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (MH9639). I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC #213038).
