My Approach to Helping
Since you are looking at this page, chances are you want more for yourself. We all have an inner voice that guides us throughout our lives. For many of us, this voice got shut down and silenced. I believe passionately in helping people recover their inner voice and feel empowered to fulfill their deepest needs and dreams.

I listen carefully and sensitively to what my clients say and how they say it. In my twenty years of experience, I have found that our tone of voice, gestures and posture provide a direct route to our inner voice. As I help my clients become present to all the aspects of their experience, they feel acknowledged and cared for, and a deeper self-acceptance and confidence emerges. When past wounds heal, my clients find clearer and more direct ways of getting their needs met from within and from others
