Dr. Lee is a licensed clinical psychologist, a national certified counselor, and a counselor faculty and student success coordinator for San Jose State University Counseling Services. She is also a member of the Professional Development Committee of the National Academic Advising Association as well as a member of the Directorate of the CCAPS of the American College Personnel Association. She received her doctorate from Purdue University (counseling psychology) and completed her postdoctoral training at Stanford University Counseling and Psychological Services.
A scholar, clinician, consultant, and teacher, Dr. Lee has published journal articles and book chapters and given more than 30 presentations at national and regional conferences. She has provided individual, couple, and group therapy to diverse populations for more than 10 years. In addition, she has been invited to provide consultations to individuals and organizations, including the California Board of Psychology. Her knowledge and skills well-recognized, Dr. Lee has often been invited to train therapists and psychologists. She has always wanted to help people be happier and healthier, feels extremely honored and fortunate that she is able to do so, and enjoys working and helping people every day.
