The purpose of pscyhotherapy, or counseling,is to help you create the life you want, to break free from pain, and to realize you own potential. I employ specific methods of therapy which resolves traumas and overcome obstacles rapidly, effectively and without having to re-live painful events. In addition to traditional evidenced based cognitive modalities, I incorporate elements of clinical hypnosis and Rapid Resolution Therapy. You will feel a strength and confidence not previously realized as you look toward your future and engage more fully in life. My work is life changing and everlasting.
