My Approach to Helping

The work I do is grounded in my beliefs that humans are, at their core, good; that problems and solutions exist in the meanings we form through language; that suffering occurs when people and their environment do not form a whole in which the needs of both are accommodated. With these beliefs in mind, I am usually capable of creating a space where people can share their stories and speak their truth. When a person's truth is spoken and heard, healing changes tend to follow. To be part of that journey is a beautiful and humbling experience, which is why I am a therapist.

We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare, we file claims for our patients, and can offer quick appointments at one of our ten locations in the triangle.
