We remain one of the very few settings in LA where no limits are placed on treatment length or session frequency.

Headquartered in West Los Angeles, WILA's Hedda Bolgar Psychotherapy Clinic offers outpatient care to groups, couples, and individuals. We are a nonprofit committed to accessible, affordable, and high-quality long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy. We offer sliding-scale fees, serving as an affordable alternative to those who cannot access private insurance or pay for costly private treatment. We do not arbitrarily limit the number, length, or frequency of sessions. You can continue therapy until you and your therapist feel you have accomplished your treatment goals. We offer a powerfully unique approach to psychotherapy. Offering a warm, caring relationship, you and your therapist will explore your current situation and personal history. The goal of treatment is to help you more deeply understand your emotional distress so you can cultivate a fuller, richer, and more meaningful life.
