About Our Center

The Midwest Institute for Addiction in St. Louis, Missouri, provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient treatment for people experiencing drug or alcohol addiction. Our multi-disciplinary healthcare team operates with sensitivity, understanding, and expertise to ensure each individual receives treatment that is both effective and dignified. We offer a range of health services including visits from psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, dieticians, and other health and wellness experts. We also provide continuous medical monitoring via psychological assessments, blood work, toxicology reports, professional medication management, and other ancillary services. Individuals who participate in our program receive unlimited services; those who complete our program are entitled to continue with services as long as needed. Unlike other rehabilitation facilities in the state, the MIA rehab center in St. Louis offers much more than professional assistance with drug and alcohol addiction. At MIA, we also focus on improving the quality of life. To that end, we evaluate a range of factors for each person in treatment. These factors include physical wellness, mental health, financial health, legal issues, social health, family health, and occupational issues. We develop individualized treatment plans that address specific areas of need for the people in our care.
