 Tom Edwards , D.C., M.S., ICADC

The first part of Tom’s journey started by becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). He practiced as a Chiropractic Physician for about 14 years. The next phase of life took him through his own personal struggle with addiction. He soon realized his true passion in life was to help those struggling with the disease of addiction. His passion motivated him to become a Certified Addiction Professional (C.A.P.). Shortly thereafter, he returned to college obtaining his Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Mental Health Counseling. Currently, Tom is studying for his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Specialty in Addictions. Tom has been active within the addictions and mental health field as a therapist since 2007. He is trained in multiple therapeutic interventions, including EMDR.

 Pamela Stierwalt , LMHC

Pamela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and received her Master’s degree from Webster University in 2001. She has worked in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field for the last 18 years. Pamela’s experience includes individual, group and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention. Pamela is well-versed in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She has worked as a therapist, program manager and clinical director and volunteers with the local Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Pamela is a Qualified Supervisor for mental health counseling licensure in the state of Florida as well as an adjunct professor at the local state college. Pamela has a passion for assisting others in working through co-occurring disorders while teaching family members and loved ones how to help in the recovery process.

 Eguenel Lewis , MS, RMHCI

Eguenel Louis is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the State of Florida. He started working in the addiction field as a Behavioral Health Technician in 2009 and he has worked his way up to a become a counselor. Eguenel graduated from Lynn University with a Master’s degree in psychology and counseling. Eguenel enjoys to help people; he says “what makes me happy is I see my clients regain their hope.” Eguenel has been married with his beautiful wife for three years and they have a two-year-old daughter. For leisure, he enjoys playing music, going to the beach and spending time with his family.
