My Approach to Helping
At Central Florida Mental Heath Associates we are trained mental health professionals that work with individuals, children/adolescents, couples, families and groups to promote optimal mental health and well being. We work with people dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, relationship issues, self esteem issues, parenting issues and more. We run both support and psycho-educational groups such as a Bipolar Disorder Support Group and groups for people dealing with anxiety and phobias.
