My Approach to Helping
My motto is "Growth Through Change". I view therapy as a partnership and my style is collaborative, empowering, and straight forward.

I work with clients to develop a greater understanding of how their unique thoughts, feelings, and behavior affect their ability to relate well with others and function to their highest potential. Then we explore new ways of thinking, relating and behaving that serve to improve satisfaction with relationships and life in general.

I provide individual, couples and family therapy to adolescents and adults ages 13 and up. I also offer assessment services to individuals school age and up.

More Info About My Practice
One of my specialties is the assessment of learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD in school age children, adolescents, and adults. When appropriate, I can provide a detailed report which can serve as a guide for addressing concerns and as documentation for schools or employers.
