My approach to counseling is based on the belief that we are all 'good' people and that most of us have experienced 'bad' events or people that have profoundly influenced our lives. If you are tired of feeling anxious, depressed or currently experiencing difficulties with a relationship, I welcome the opportunity to help you be your best. For some, 'best' means learning to identify your wants and needs. Others desire healthier, more meaningful relationships or clarity and control of their lives.
