My Approach to Helping
As a solution and relational focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

When looking for an empathetic and qualified psychotherapist, it is important to gather as much information as possible to understand the healing helper by reviewing their education, training experiences, supervision and world experience. The relational connection between the therapist and client is difficult to predict. I'll help you the best I can. Therapists possess a wide variety of personalities and it is not possible to predict what will work for you. My style of interaction seems to work with a large variety of ages, cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic levels and unique personalities. I bring to the table a unique world experience of intense surgical background, musicality, and a large number and variety of personal experiences. I enjoy community service and volunteer many hours a week for the past 40 years
