My Approach to Helping

I am a sensitive and compassionate therapist that provides a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to achieve the goals and quality of life you are striving for.

More Info About My Practice

I enjoy working with adults of all ages, couples and families. We will work together on reducing stress, building healthy relationships, depression, anxiety, emotional wholeness and healing. Also, if you are tired of drinking or using drugs and want to stop the madness that comes with addiction, then let's work on recovery and sobriety.

I currently take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Humana Insurance. If you have a different insurance provider, contact me to discuss out of network benefits with your insurance company for reimbursement.
