My goal is not just to be a therapist but to also embrace the wit and the tenaciousness of a coach and help direct one through current struggles and achieving an ultimate goal. We all have dreams and aspirations, but we also all run into road blocks that could make these goals feel impossible. Following my passion of instilling hope in all that I come across and helping them pave the way is my mantra for therapy. Together we can work toward building a better future. My approach to therapy, is to allow one to be fully honest with themselves and what they are experiencing. From there our mission to is tackle the present, work through it, and set goals for the future.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Being on the fence about therapy is completely normal. We often look to our friends for advice and think they can help us solve our problems; however, friends are not objective and may feel as if they have to protect you. Therapy offers a non-judgmental approach and will help you focus on current struggles, and/or underlying issues that may be hindering your growth process. Some people fear therapy because they may feel exposed; however, it is important to understand that therapy offers a confidential setting and therapists are there with a listening ear and want to assist you.
