I want to help you live your best life, with healthy, fulfilling relationships! Marriage doesn't have to be hard, lonely or full of fighting. With help, I believe you can heal old wounds, fall back in love, and find intimacy you never experienced before! This is possible, it just often takes a little work, and someone to help you get on track. If you are ready for something new in your marriage, don't wait to reach out. I have many couples say they just wished they had done it sooner! If you want true intimacy in your marriage, I can help you.

More Info About My Practice

I do not bill insurance, but can provide a receipt for you if you decide to file for reimbursement. Clients often choose to pay out of pocket, rather than be stuck with a diagnosis that an insurance company requires for payment. This is your choice, and I am happy to talk with you about the pros and cons of private pay vs. insurance.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

You have taken the first step in your journey toward healing...often the hardest one! You do not have to struggle alone! I truly believe that everyone can find fulfillment in their relationships again, healing from past wounds, and hope for the future.

I use different approaches, to healing. I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR- but more importantly, I look at each person and what they need as an individual. I am a Christian therapists, but not the judgmental kind :) I use my faith as an approach to show love, grace and opportunities for healing.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is not to "fix" you. I see myself more as a guide, as someone who can hold the flashlight for you as you find the best path to healing. I have experience and training that gives me knowledge and understanding, but more importantly I have compassion and concern for people, and I want to give you a safe space to heal and become your very best self.
