More Info About My Practice

Do you accept insurance?
CFCC and Travis E. Frye MA, LPC are considered an out-of-network provider on most insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for part of the cost of therapy. Call your insurance company's customer service number to see if you have this type of benefit. Just ask them if you have out-of-network benefits and if the benefit can be used for counseling services. They can also tell you what percentage will be reimbursed and how much deductible, if any, you will need to meet. I'll be happy to provide you with the type of receipt you'll need to submit to your insurance company. Finally, please note that most insurance companies DO NOT reimburse for marital counseling services. You must contact your specific insurance company to learn of their policy regarding payment and/or reimbursement for marital counseling services.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, and credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) card processing. Payment is due each session.

How much will treatment cost?
Cost for couple's EFT therapy is $220 per 75 minute session. Individual and couple's counseling implemented in a 50 minute block of time is billed at the rate of $170. For information on group and workshop rates please contact CFCC.

How many sessions will I need?
Length of treatment depends on several factors such as the level of distress in a marriage or relationship. However, research on the effectiveness of EFT tends to help move couples from distress to resolution in 10-15 sessions for 70-75% of cases, and facilitates improvements in 90% of couples engaging in for therapy. EFT has been employed with various types of couples in private practice, hospital clinics and university training centers. These distressed couples consist of partners suffering from disorders such as depression, chronic illness and post-traumatic stress.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
