Knowing what you want and knowing how to get there are two different things. We have all found ourselves in a place where we did not know how to proceed forward and struggled to know who to turn to. It is my goal to come along side you and work with you to find your path forward whether it be conquering mental health struggles, marital conflict, parenting difficulties, or feeling hopeless. Together we will identify practical solutions to the issues that you are facing and you will have a clear path on what to do in between sessions to help you reach your goals.

More Info About My Practice
I offer a sliding scale for financial difficulties and also have lower cost interns who have high levels of experience.
Methods of payment: cash, check, and credit card.
I also work with insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. You will pay the fee normally and then you will receive a super bill that you can present to your insurance company to be reimbursed. Reimbursement is based on your insurance plan.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am an EMDR trained therapist which is a form of therapy that quickly and effectively helps people recover from trauma.
I have worked extensively with families and family dynamics which includes: marital relationships, engagement and pre-engagement counseling, parenting, and family structure and roles.
I have also worked with a large number of people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, Asperger's Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I have always enjoyed being able to help people. I get a great sense of joy when I am able to work with an individual or family and can see the positive results of our efforts. My heart breaks for some of the difficult situations that people come in with but that gives me all the more drive to bring results to you and your family as quickly as possible.
