I help people heal from past hurts that cause issues such as shame, depression, and anxiety. Drawing from a wide variety of therapeutic tools, I help you find peace and discover greater contentment. I am non-pathologizing in my approach and create a safe place to begin writing the next chapter of your life. From a personality perspective, I am kind, gentle, casual, and optimistic. I believe people do the best they can at any given time and simply need a little support and guidance from time to time to move past whatever is making them feel stuck. This feeling of "stuckness" is experienced by nearly everyone at some point in their lives and it is a sign of strength to seek help to move through it.
