Groups I Work With

I am a licensed therapist who offers mental health services to young children, teenagers, and couples. The establishment of a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship is my first focus when providing mental health care as this provides a firm foundation for effective treatment. I approach each person in therapy as an individual with unique circumstances. The use of effective skills such as empathetic listening, critical thinking, and direct, therapeutic feedback are hallmarks of my counseling style.
Individuals who are seeking mental health services may make an appointment for the weekend, or for any evening during the midweek. I currently use the first Sunday of each month as an opportunity to schedule appointments with people who are new to therapy.
