More Info About My Practice

I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Preferred One, Medica, UBH - United Health Care, UCare, and MA Insurance. I offer EMDR therapy for people who have suffered for years from anxiety or distressing memories, nightmares, insomnia, abuse, or other traumatic events.

My Role as a Therapist

My challenges, experiences, and history have all brought me to this moment. I came here with hopes of living life with grace and helping others. We all must grow and learn to choose the most fulfilling path, but depression, anxiety, and the stress of life can rob you of hope and inspiration.

I've always been fascinated by stories of people who lose their paths and then get back on track again. I myself have been on many journeys, and am passionate about helping my clients on their own paths. I'll passionately listen to your story, meeting you were you are and traveling with you on your journey.

I hold master's degree from Adler Graduate School, and have worked with a diverse range of populations, including children, teens, and adults. I'm a licensed associate therapist in Minnesota, and am trained in trauma therapy, with Level 1 and Level 2 training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I like hearing stories of love, happiness, passion, dreams, and strength. I'll help you uncover the life lessons your story has to offer so that you can let go of pain and move forward. I'll also help you map and understand your feelings so that you can abandon unhealthy patterns and understand the meaning behind your emotions.
