Would you say that you're a purple sheep? The rebel or visionary struggling to connect with others and maybe even the Divine without second guessing or feeling like you're losing a part of yourself? Tired of trying to talk to so called professionals who just don't seem to get it?
Truly integrative and holistic counseling; treating the mind, body, and spirit can seem rare. ARYA is a Sanskrit word which has been translated to mean, "not ordinary; noble; valuable; precious; and pure," and that is EXACTLY how I approach each and every individual I encounter.
My goal is to help you uncover or rediscover your ULTIMATE POTENTIAL and lead a life that feels authentic and utterly exhilarating. What if I told you that I could show you a way to absolutely feel like the bad ass you've always wanted to be and reach new depths of satisfaction in every area of life, including sexually?
Passionate about bringing non-judgmental, diversity affirming therapy to the greater Pensacola, FL area and beyond, I hold detailed expertise in issues related to couples counseling, identity, sexuality, and spirituality. There is nothing too taboo for me to discuss!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Ironically, even here in the deep Bible Belt, spirituality is not often brought into the room. What?s interesting however is that research shows the majority of us seeking counseling would prefer our therapist to at least ask about it! After all, when it comes to how we see the world, we cannot separate the way we were raised or IN SPITE of how we were raised from how we view things.
As the daughter of a career soldier, I was blessed to travel the world and be exposed to a vast array of beautiful cultures. I hold a deep awe and reverence for what brings a person a sense of meaning and purpose. I now bring that into my work as a counselor and intuitive healer, helping clients from all walks of life integrate every level of being (mind, body, and spirit). Even for those who have found themselves victims of spiritual abuse.
Furthermore, not surprisingly so here in the Bible Belt, sexuality is not often talked about either! The study of mating behaviors has been my life?s work. I am the only counselor in the Pensacola area to work publicly with the polyamory/ non-monogamous and kink communities. I am also passionate about LGBTQ+ issues. However, even for those of the more straight-laced persuasion, I provide counseling on relationship and sexual concerns of every facet.
Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
It's daunting to try and choose the right counselor. The absolute bottom line of choosing the "right one"comes down to FIT. If you're not comfortable in this person's presence, it doesn't matter how many degrees or certifications or years in practice he or she has, you likely won't make much progress.
I recommend scrolling through pictures and bios and seeing whose energy strikes a chord with you.
Ask yourself things like:
Would I feel more comfortable speaking with a man or woman?
Older or younger therapist?
Someone more conservative or out-of-the-box?
Do I feel like this person would understand where I'm coming from?
Do I want someone who works in a more clinical setting like a group practice or hospital or casual environment? Does this person speak directly to MY issues or is he or she a generalist who tries to treat it all?
Does he or she come highly recommended or have testimonials available or is able to describe success stories?
Does this counselor's process from start to finish feel streamlined and user friendly?
Once you feel like you've narrowed it down to less than a handful, then make a call or send an email to ask him or her about any specific questions you may have about your own situation you?re seeking help with. Again go with your gut and not just your wallet or you may end up spending a lot more in both time and dollars in wasted sessions!
