My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to assist in guiding you through your process of defining exactly what is impeding your ability to reach your desired goal. During that process I will strategically infuse our discussions with theory based inquires derived from proven practices to promote self-awareness and self-discovery. We will work diligently towards you identifying your own life path in lieu of living your life in comparison to others.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

Some would argue that "life experience" is a the best teacher. I'm at a point in my career in which I can count on my foundation, built through life experiences, educational pursuits, and professional work experiences in various areas, that collectively, have afforded me to ability to view life's situations from multiple prospectives- and be open to all of them.
