Uncertain about therapy? I am here to help and support you, and believe that the distress that brings you to therapy can provide an opportunity for growth and change for the better. I create an environment where my clients feel respected and heard. My collaborative and open orientation is toward healing and personal growth, it is based on the belief that we are capable of change, and finding new adaptive ways of overcoming our challenges. I look forward to meeting with you and to constructing a treatment plan that meet your specific individual needs. I will work with you to help enhance your coping skills, improve life functioning, providing relief from symptoms and stress, while developing strategies for self-care. I believe that therapy can be useful and effective. I love the work I do and feel honored when clients ask for my help.
