I help adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, weight management, anxiety, and stressful life challenges. I offer a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques, working steadily to help my clients build resilience. Together we'll explore effective and practical changes that can help you move forward in your life.

My office is conveniently located in downtown Rochester and is within walking distance from many businesses. There is ample parking. The office waiting room is discrete and quiet.
