As a seasoned, compassionately skilled psychotherapist I can help you resolve overwhelming feelings and debilitating symptoms that get in your way. Collaboratively we examine your family history, relationships patterns, and unique ways of being to increase mindfulness. We explore your past with the intention of understanding how those experiences may be living on in your present. This self reflection organically leads to more effective coping skills and improved self esteem. Since change is inevitable why not direct it's path towards greater fulfillment?

More Info About My Practice
I tailor psychodynamic, behavioral, and experiential mind-body methods, including dream analysis, mindfulness, gestalt techniques, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to your individual needs. EMDR is highly effective to move through impasses and accelerate growth and healing of anxiety, grief and loss, performance anxiety, and trauma.
