Working with individuals who are interested in healing, change, and personal growth is an honor, and I choose to see the potential, rather than the pathology in the people I serve. Engaging in therapy is a deeply personal experience, and I strive to create a safe and trusting environment. By the end of each session, you will learn something new about yourself, have something small to work on, and feel cared for and heard. I take an active, direct, and supportive approach to working with individuals and couples.
