You know you better than anyone else. My approach to helping and healing involves supporting you in uncovering your own incredible strengths. You've made it this far and I believe in your ability to keep going. I use a combination of techniques based on your own unique life experiences and goals, all designed to bring the best "You" forward. Together, we will identify areas of your life where you have control and find ways to let go of those where you do not, promoting a sense of internal peace and calm.
Healing comes from awareness, self compassion, and committed actions toward your values. Through mindfulness, holistic awareness, acceptance, and goal setting, joy is possible. I commit to supporting you on your journey by creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
