I am the founder and owner of Cornerstone Counseling and Wellness. I embrace compassionate, supportive therapeutic relationships. This approach to therapy encourages collaboration to set goals, develop coping skills, and manifest change.

I work with adults and adolescents on issues stemming from anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, loss, and workplace conflicts. I've worked extensively with parents to help them navigate the many challenges and milestones of parenting. I also work with teens to help them manage the stress of navigating their social worlds and academic lives. I offer therapeutic and emotional support to adolescents transitioning to college. In couples therapy, I help adults navigate relationship issues, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.
