Regardless of what a client tells me, I sit with empathy in a non-judgmental space, consciously relating to the client's potential as we open the space for the Unconscious to become Conscious. Within the Unconscious, memories are stored, which diminishes one's impact in life and thwarts one's potential. The deepest work I do is the "Trance Work." After having been a psychotherapist for over 20 years, I have come to understand that "everybody is stuck" and debilitated by the negativity lodged within the Unconscious mind. With the Trance Work/Breath Work, I bring the individual client into a conscious relationship with the Unconscious as repressed memories surface and are released. It is truly humbling as I observe individuals who have been "stuck" for years mentally/emotionally shift from one session to the next. It was a very sensitive healer who experienced my work and informed me what it encompassed as she prosaically declared, "You are transforming the cellular memory."

More Info About My Practice

My rate of $150 I would like to think is affordable within the competitive field of Psychotherapy. I have a host of clients who do have insurance that pays for their sessions.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

That which I have found to be most integral to my understanding of a client's lifeworld is his/her family of origin issues. In recounting the relationships with family members, much is revealed.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

I am very respectful of individuals who decide to go to therapy. From my perspective these are Conscious people, for they are Conscious of some repetitive pattern or issue in life that is prohibiting them from being healthy, wealthy, and happy. If the therapist and client are working harmoniously and collaboratively together, the sky is the limit.
