My focus in psychotherapy is to provide a safe place for you to explore your inner self and to find the answers within. I have a passion for helping others see their strengths, internalize self-compassion, self-acceptance and a sense of peace. I approach my work using mindfulness techniques and my mantra is, "Be with what is". I believe that everyone is an individual with unique needs. I encourage people to be in the here and now and learn ways to embrace life challenges as opportunities for growth. I specialize in stress reduction, chronic pain, body image, binge eating disorder, relationship issues, grief and life transitions. I thoroughly enjoy leading groups and bringing others together who share similar life challenges such as binge eating, relationship issues and chronic pain.
