I believe that as people we are social creatures, and that we all desire to be connected in a meaningful way to something. Often times, when we get overwhelmed by the stress, and the pressure of responsibilities, we begin to feel disconnected from many parts of our lives. My passion is to help people find the life balance they desire, and to help them restore to a more satisfying life.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Anxiety is something that we all experience. However, when anxiety gets to the point that it is interfering with your life in negative ways such as relationship difficulties, job functioning, sleep patterns, or general health it might be time to contact a professional. I specialize in anxiety management and preventative wellness. It is important to not only learn how to decrease the anxiety, but it is equally important to learn how to keep it at bay through preventative wellness techniques.
I also specialize in women's issues such as self-esteem, body image, feeling overwhelmed, assertiveness training, and issues revolving around food. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with any of these issues as they often pervasive and touch most parts of the person's life. Working to build cognitive, and behavioral skills in these areas can dramatically increase the quality of life.
Nutrition Groups available on Saturdays. Sign up is required. These upbeat groups teach the basics of Nutrition along with behavioral skills to uncover what is getting in the way of success. The skills in these groups provide lasting lifestyle changes when implemented.
