More Info About My Practice
I work with adults, both individually and in couples address a variety of relational and
family issues. Many are dealing with transitions as their children grow and as they
work towards or at retirement.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
My clients report feeling better about themselves and their relationships in general. They find strength in knowing they can speak without being judged and what they say is heard and valued. Many report changes in physical symptoms and improvements in how they function at home and at work. Although they value the feedback and and advice I give, our work is more about finding one's own true answers rather than being told what to do.

Groups I Work With
Most of my work is with couples and individuals with a variety of presenting issues. I help people improve the important relationships in their lives and feel better about themselves. For many, this means finding relief from depression and anxiety. For others, it means solving a particular distressing life situation.
Many clients often address communication problems as they negotiate conflicts related to money, children, extended family and sex. I often work with same sex couple and with people facing adoption issues at any stage of life.
Some are parents or family members who have a loved one with a disability such as mental illness, learning problems, impulse and temper control, Aspergar's/Social learning disabilty and autism. I also work with care givers of people with chronic illness or elderly family members, and those who have lost a loved one.
