Your life story is unique and as such, I provide a space for clients that enables obstacles and adversity to blossom into resilience, hope and great success.
At times when words don't fully express our emotional experience, creativity and a compassionate ear can provide the balance needed for clients. Because of this, sessions are open to creativity in the form of the visual arts, music and/or writing during sessions and throughout the client's process.
Sessions are in an environment of safety where the counselor and client work as a team to help the client reach their goals.
Bilingual English/Spanish sessions are available. Free 15 minute phone consultation is provided for you to meet me.
Please contact me if you're feeling stuck, depressed, anxious or more in life.
My experience includes helping clients overcome obstacles through creativity and compassion. I have my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University, am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (#IMH 11564) with the State of Florida.

My Therapy Focus
If you've recently experienced the death of a pet, you are not alone. A personal philosophy of mine is that a pet is Not Just A Pet. With that said, I can help you work through the confusing, painful, and many times isolating time of having experienced pet loss. I specialize in Pet Loss because of a 20 year background working with animals, animal rescues, veterinarians, counselors, the public, and personally having adopted many animals through the years.
I've also assisted clients with the Emotional Support Animal (ESA) process as well as presenting my work about the Human-Animal Bond in the conference setting. Helping others remember and value their pets is a passion of mine. I'm currently the proud owner of a rescue greyhound, Anubis, who continues to remind me of a pets love.
Please don't hesitate to contact me, if you've experienced pet loss. By working together as team, we can help find ways of honoring your pet and finding the support you need, how you need it.
